Prashant Sharma, also known as Coach Prashant, is an ICF-ACC accredited Executive & Business Coach and Master Facilitator with over 23 years of deep corporate and entrepreneurial experience. He has deep cross-industry exposure having trained thousands of managers and professionals at top companies: Fortune 500 companies, SMEs and PSUs in developing their Leadership and Behavioral skills. Prashant has over 3700 hrs of Executive Coaching experience where he coaches CXOs, Board Members and Senior Leaders in developing their Executive Presence and Personal Brand.

He is a First Prize Diploma holder in Public Speaking from the Nazareth's Speakers Academy, Mumbai and has a Masters in Management from the University of Massachusetts, USA. He is the author of the book: 'Soft Skills: Personality Development for Life Success', now in its 3rd edition. He started his career with The Taj Group of Hotels. He then co-founded two successful companies, the first one introducing barcoding technology in India. He has started his own franchised chain of soft skill training centers in Tier-III towns, the first of which opened in Ayodhya-Faizabad in 2014.


He is on the visiting faculty panel of Premier Govt. training institutions like HIPA (IAS/IPS officers training), INGAF (Min of Finance), SBI Training Academy, etc. Prashant has been invited as a guest speaker to educational institutions like SCMHRD, Sushant University, IICD, Delhi University, Subharti University, etc. He is a Board member and frequently invited as to speak in top Leadership and HR forums such as Times Ascent.		 Stanley Jones is an accomplished and a well rounded professional with a blend of Academia and Industry experience over 20+years in the areas of teaching, training, mentoring and academic research. He is a highly organized Language Training Professional and Soft Skills Coach; able to quickly assess needs and provide tools to resolve difficulties, enhance learning, and improve performance.
He has got proven success in designing and implementing learning strategies, which have been transformed successfully into measurable results. He has a profound expertise in organizing and conducting various training as well as mentoring sessions, behavioral workshops, experiential simulation exercises and enhancing knowledge management skills.
He is passionate about empowering the students and employees and helping them in realizing their full potential by enhancing the skills that required for the present competitive trends.

He has got a privilege of working with diverse groups such as employees from the sectors like Education, IT, ITES, Banking and NGO. Besides being an educationist, Stanley Jones worked for ISIT, a Finishing School as a Senior Corporate Trainer., Head Training and Operations Educomp Solutions Ltd and Lead Trainer HCL EdTech IT. He mentored newly recruited employees of IT sector and renewed their skill-set as per clients' expectations. He was a panelist and a member of BOS for various Educational Institutions and he was a resource person with Proven skills in various Edtech interventions and contemporary Virtual and LMS practices.
