(CC-1), Duration – 8 months/approx 32 weeks, 64 hours (1 hour per session)
COURSE OBJECTIVE
Training times have shrunk and companies want to hire students who can hit the ground running. In the real world, soft skills account for 85% of a graduate’s chances for success. This program has been designed to complement the students’ curriculum, so that they are job ready and employable in all respects, by the time they graduate.
COURSE METHODOLOGY
All aspects of personality development, for example: Dress, Voice, Eye Contact, Etiquette, Interview/GD/CV writing etc. are covered. Practice in public speaking is combined with peer-evaluation, debates, management games, language skills and written communication. Training is imparted through use of:
