Services for the Industry:
First Personality have established training centres in towns like Faizabad & Ghaziabad etc. for training college students in Soft skills, Communication skills, English speaking, etc. More such centres are being planned on a pan-India basis.
- We assist the HR departments in identifying students from Tier II/Tier III towns and colleges for creating a huge pool of employable candidates for recruitment.
- We train these potential employable candidates in soft skills and make them available to the industry according to a pre-determined time plan and schedule.
